The Disneyland pic that Mike posted on Flickr inspired me to try a vintage treatment on a pic of Lucas. I couldn’t successfully match the faded look, so I went with a sepia tone instead, resulting in this hybrid mashup of Mike’s Disney pic and his classic cowboy pic :).¬†

Somehow the fact that this is a much better photo than either the instamatic (Disneyland) or vintage digital camera (cowboy pic) shows through the sepia toning! I feel like there are programs on the iPhone to recreate these old-school looks, maybe the same is true for the Pre.
Glad those photos were so inspirational!
