So how was everyone’s holiday? A few co-workers & friends came over to celebrate in style, and we made admirable progress devouring this 16-pound bird. Not pictured are the homemade mashed yams.

Great pics Mike! Your oven is about 10x as big as mine– fitting the turkey in was touch & go. Looks like everyone had a great time.
